Yes, our fragrances are formulated as Extrait de Parfum or high-concentration Eau de Parfum, ensuring a longevity of 8 to 12 hours depending on skin type and environment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship across the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping to our global customers very soon.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Absolutely. House of EM5 is committed to ethical beauty. All our perfumes and skincare products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles.

How should I store my perfumes to maintain their quality?

To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
